A short commercial was filmed that included all the legends taking the stage to accept their newly acclaimed status.

The campaign was based online and consisted of content that was shared on Uber's Social Media platforms and Blog.
In addition, a micro-site was developed that allowed the public to cast their vote for the next legend.
Social Media
Social media content including video snippets and static posts announced the new legends and their distinctive stats.
The hashtag #UberLegends was used to motivate viewers to participate and tag their friends.
Micro-Site
The campaign incorporated a micro-site where users could suggest friends, drivers or even themselves for a legendary accolade.
Uber Legends was a great initiative encouraging the entire Uber family to continue moving forward together.
Background
Every year Uber awards its loyal drivers and riders the noteworthy title of "Legend". The chosen individuals would feature in their campaign and be invited to an event in their honor.
Legend's are chosen by the Uber team through their data collection or via referral by friends and/or the subjects themselves.
Brief
Uber requested a customer driven seasonal campaign to be developed around the "Uber Legends" idea.
This would include a photoshoot, TVC and marketing collateral to promote the legendary occasion.
